Key responsibilities include: Vehicle reception: Greeting customers, registering vehicles, documenting details, and scheduling service or repair appointments. Workshop organization: Coordinating workshop tasks, assigning jobs to technicians, and ensuring an efficient workflow to meet deadlines. Customer relationship management: Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear and transparent information regarding services, quotations, and repair progress, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.
