You will be a key player in designing end-to-end solutions on Microsoft Fabric, covering Lakehouse environments, integration pipelines, and advanced semantic modeling, as well as developing strategic models and dashboards in Power BI. You will work in an environment where data quality, governance, and security are structural elements, participating both in defining the analytical architecture and optimizing the performance and scalability of datasets and models. You will closely collaborate with functional areas to transform business needs into robust analytical solutions, promoting self-service BI and best practices in data usage. We seek a candidate with a holistic view of the data value chain: from ingestion, transformation, and dimensional modeling to the exploitation and visualization layer—with particular emphasis on performance tuning, access control, and long-term platform sustainability. Experience in Azure Data environments, modern data architectures, and Microsoft certifications reinforcing expertise in advanced analytics will be highly valued. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- **Architecture and Platform** * Design and implement analytical solutions in Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Dataflows, and Pipelines). * Define optimized data models based on dimensional approaches and modern architectures. * Ensure scalability and efficiency in analytical environments. **Modeling and Visualization** * Develop advanced semantic models in Power BI. * Build executive and analytical dashboards meeting high usability standards. * Implement row-level security (RLS) and access control strategies. **Data Governance and Quality** * Define data governance standards. * Implement quality controls and traceability. * Manage permissions and access policies in accordance with institutional regulations. **Optimization and Performance** * Optimize models, DAX queries, and SQL structures. * Improve dataset loading times, consumption, and refresh rates. * Implement performance tuning best practices. **Collaboration and Data Culture** * Translate functional requirements into structured analytical solutions. * Support functional areas in adopting self-service BI. * Promote standards and best practices in data usage. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- #### **Mandatory** * Solid experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Dataflows, Pipelines). * Advanced Power BI: tabular modeling, advanced DAX, optimization, and security. * Advanced SQL and dimensional modeling (Star Schema). * Experience in data governance and access control. #### **Desirable** * Experience in Azure Data environments. * Experience with Snowflake. * Knowledge of modern data architectures (Data Mesh, Lakehouse, etc.). * Microsoft certifications (PL-300, DP-600 or others). #### **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?** * **A diverse team**.
