If you want to develop the commercial area with autonomy and participation in decision-making, advising farmers to improve their crops by offering high-quality products and added value to establish relationships with distributors and farmers based on trust and collaboration, this position will interest you! **WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK AT DAYMSA** You will join a leading group in its sectors of activity, within the Plant Nutrition and Protection Division currently undergoing significant expansion, growth, and investment. **Training:** You will have the opportunity to receive tailored training in sales techniques for greater success in your role, as well as technical competencies in biostimulants to better advise customers. **Autonomy and trust:** You will enjoy full autonomy in planning your travel, scheduling visits, and managing clients on a daily basis, and will have management’s trust to make decisions and propose improvements. **Support:** You will build your career within a business group committed to its environment and dedicated to innovation and diversification. **YOUR MISSION** Our Export Sales representatives are responsible for **planning and managing the promotion, sale, and distribution of the company's products** in the international market according to strategic objectives and plans. * You will **develop and manage** the portfolio of **existing clients** in the **South American** countries assigned to you. * You will **participate in the company's strategy**, proposing both the sales budget for your region and future product portfolio improvements. * You will expand the sales network by introducing **new distributors/sales points**. * You will **advise** distributors and end-users on specific crop strategies using **DAYMSA solutions** to achieve agronomic benefits. * You will actively **collaborate** with technical and marketing departments, delivering **presentations** and monitoring **efficacy trials** of DAYMSA products. * You will monitor the market, its developments, and competitors’ strategies. * You will report follow-up reports and results. You will join the **DAYMSA Commercial Team**, initially responsible for Bolivia, Argentina, and Peru, reporting to the Commercial Management. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU** Minimum Education/Experience * Technical Engineering or **Agricultural, Agronomy degree**. * **Minimum 3 years of experience in agricultural inputs for fruit crops** in the biostimulants, fertilizers, crop protection, or closely related sectors**.** * Technical sales approach, capable of providing agronomic advice to large agricultural producers. * Good computer skills. Desirable Education/Experience * Good command of English. * Experience in fruit crop production roles.
