PROJECT ENGINEER (PET)

At **Aquaservice**, we continue to grow and are looking to hire an **Industrial Project Coordinator** to lead strategic initiatives related to our PET packaging line at our **Graus (Huesca) plant.** We seek an organized individual with technical vision and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary projects, ensuring each initiative succeeds from planning through implementation. If you enjoy managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in continuous improvement and industrial innovation processes, this challenge is for you. **What will be your mission?** ========================= You will serve as the liaison among the various departments involved in the company’s industrial projects, coordinating resources, personnel, and processes to ensure every project is executed on time, with maximum quality, and aligned with business objectives. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** =============================== ### **Project Management** * Lead and coordinate strategic projects related to the PET production line. * Plan, organize, and supervise all project phases—from definition through implementation. * Develop schedules, track milestones, and ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and objectives. * Coordinate follow-up meetings with the various involved teams. ### **Continuous Improvement and Innovation** * Identify opportunities to optimize industrial processes. * Analyze risks and propose solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. * Participate in the implementation of new facilities, machinery, molds, products, and processes. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PET production area. ### **Quality, Safety, and Sustainability** * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards across all projects. * Promote a work culture grounded in continuous improvement and sustainability. **What are we looking for?** ================== ### **Education** * Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. * Degrees such as Business Administration (ADE) or Environmental Sciences will also be considered if accompanied by experience in industrial projects. ### **Experience** * Minimum **3 years coordinating industrial projects**. * Experience in sectors such as: + Packaging + Food + Beverages + Plastics industry + Industrial logistics ### **Particularly valued knowledge includes** * PET packaging manufacturing processes. * Preform blowing (linear and/or rotary). * Injection molding. * Mold design. * CAD, SolidWorks, or other industrial design software. * Industrial project management and continuous improvement. **What qualities do we seek in you?** ======================== We aim to hire someone who stands out for: * Organization and planning skills. * Analytical capability. * Results orientation. * Problem-solving ability. * Communication and influence. * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity and a continuous improvement mindset. **What do we offer you?** ====================== * Permanent contract. * Salary between **28,000 € and 32,000 €**, depending on experience. * Opportunity to join a sector-leading, rapidly growing company. * Participation in strategic industrial projects with tangible business impact. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Ongoing training. * Social benefits: + Preferential medical insurance. + Childcare voucher. + Employee discounts. + Other corporate benefits. * Excellent working environment and team collaboration. **Why Aquaservice?** ========================= At Aquaservice, we believe innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork are the engines of our growth.
