Your mission As a Project Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the validation of Product Development and the validation of Production Processes—that is, you will oversee Project Validation for one of our automotive-sector clients. The challenges you’ll face: Tailored tracking of documentation development for all project components: Process FMEA, Control Plan, Inspection Guidelines; and other production documentation (Methods, Parameter Sheets) Tailored tracking of Production Process launch for all project components: Molds and Tooling, Training, Poka-Yokes, Capability Studies, Control Systems Execution and monitoring of tests outlined in the Development Validation Plan agreed upon with the client for each project component Preparation and tracking of customer approval documents for each project component Homologation of product and production process modifications, including PPAP documentation Active collaboration with the project team to resolve any issues arising during Development Project Validation Management and execution of Process Audits during Project Validation What will make you succeed in this role: ✅ Engineering degree ✅ 3–5 years of experience in similar roles ✅ Knowledge of and proficiency in quality techniques (mandatory) ✅ Knowledge of product and/or process validation and FMEA ✅ Minimum English level B2.
