Job Summary: We are seeking a Janitor to ensure harmonious coexistence and basic maintenance in a residential building, providing direct assistance to residents and users. Key Points: 1. We need a person to perform janitorial duties in a residential building located in Zaragoza. The job primarily involves assisting residents and occupants, ensuring harmonious community living, as well as carrying out minor basic maintenance tasks and cleaning duties to keep facilities in good condition. Working hours are part-time, totaling 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The schedule follows a split shift between 08:00 and 18:00, always including the daily rest periods mandated by law. This position requires commitment to daily building care and direct user assistance in common areas. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * We seek a responsible and proactive individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is an advantage.
