The Project Quality Manager will be the primary guarantor that established quality protocols are followed, from project conception through final delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * **End-to-End Quality Management:** Develop, implement, and oversee the quality management plan for the CPD project. This includes defining applicable quality procedures, standards, and metrics. * **Pre-Project Phases:** Actively participate in the development and pre-design phases, identifying potential quality-related risks and proposing preventive solutions. * **Procurement and Suppliers:** Supervise procurement processes, ensuring acquired materials and services comply with required quality specifications. Evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to meet quality standards. * **Testing and Verification:** Plan, coordinate, and execute FAT for critical equipment and systems, ensuring proper functionality and compliance prior to on-site installation. * **Documentation Control:** Maintain comprehensive records of all quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, test results, non-conformities, and corrective actions. * **Quality Audits:** Conduct and/or participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality procedures. * **Non-Conformance Management:** Identify, record, and manage non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. * **Team Coordination:** Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, project management, and other stakeholders to embed quality across all project activities. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve quality processes and propose and implement changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. * **Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports on project quality status for management review. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in similar roles, with specific focus on quality management for construction projects. * Solid experience in development and pre-design phases. * Demonstrated experience in procurement processes and supplier evaluation. * Practical experience in planning and executing FAT. * Very high level of English, both spoken and written, to ensure fluent communication with international teams and thorough review of technical documentation. * Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 for project planning and tracking. * Familiarity with Data Processing Center (CPD) construction and its specific requirements. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities. * Detail-oriented and proactive approach. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Quality management certifications (e.g., ISO 9001). * Knowledge of CPD-specific construction regulations and standards. * Experience applying agile methodologies to project management.
