LUZA Group is seeking a **Product Engineer** for a leading company in sustainable construction and industrialized building, as part of a new strategic project within the Industrial Division. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Design and develop industrial products distinguished by their functionality, aesthetics, and quality. * Ensure the desirability, feasibility (industrial), and viability of products. * Ensure products comply with industry regulations and standards. * Prepare models, drawings, and other technical documentation related to the developed solutions. * Monitor prototyping processes. * Manage projects according to defined planning schedules. * Manage files and related documentation. **Required qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or similar * Minimum of 5 years of experience in R\+D and product development environments. * Advanced proficiency in Inventor, AutoCAD, and REVIT. * Sufficient technical English level to interpret specifications and collaborate in international projects. * Experience in calculations and design of welded joints. * Experience implementing MRP, ERP systems, and Quality management systems.
