Located at the Maspalomas & Tabaiba Princess Hotel, we seek a candidate passionate about people and talent development. **Your Mission** Contribute to the growth and development of our teams by participating in recruitment and internal communication processes, helping project our culture and values both within and outside the organization. **Main Responsibilities** * Personnel selection * Publishing and managing job offers across various channels. * Resume screening and competency-based interviews. * Coordinating with hotel managers and departments to define profiles and requirements. * Monitoring onboarding processes. * Participation in development projects. **Communication and Social Media** * Creating content for corporate HR social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). * Supporting employer branding campaigns. * Participating in job fairs, workshops, and educational presentations. * Public speaking engagements representing the company at training or institutional events.
