**Meat Industry Operator** This position focuses on participating in the entire production process of a meat processing plant, from raw material receipt to final product dispatch. Key responsibilities include handling meat, operating sector-specific machinery, and ensuring that each step complies with the most stringent quality and hygiene standards. Work takes place in a dynamic and organized environment where precision and attention to detail are essential to deliver products meeting established specifications. Adapting to different stages of the production chain is required, including rotating among workstations according to daily operational needs. Team collaboration is essential to maintain process efficiency and resolve any issues that may arise. Safety is a top priority; therefore, provided personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn and all task-specific protocols strictly followed. The ability to operate machinery safely and productively is highly valued. The objective is to contribute to the complete meat transformation cycle with efficiency and care. The contract is temporary and full-time, offering a rotating schedule aligned with production requirements. A minimum of one year of verifiable experience in similar roles within the food industry is required, preferably in the meat sector. A proactive attitude and demonstrated willingness to work in a dynamic industrial environment are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, as well as specific knowledge of food handling processes. The ability to follow precise instructions and maintain high levels of concentration during repetitive tasks is fundamental.
