Main Responsibilities * Psychological assessment of residents. * Development and monitoring of **individualized intervention plans**. * Cognitive stimulation and emotional support for residents. * Guidance and support for families. * Coordinated work with the center’s **multidisciplinary team** (management, nursing, social work, occupational therapy, etc.). * Participation in emotional well-being programs and therapeutic activities. Requirements * Degree or Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology**. * Ability to work collaboratively and person-centered approach.
