We are currently looking to hire a 24x7 Systems Operator to participate in an important monitoring and technical support service in Zaragoza. **What We Offer:** * A stable project in a large-scale technological environment. * Integration into a specialized and highly experienced technical team. * Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth. * A dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. * On-site work at our client’s location in Zaragoza. * Rotating 8-hour shifts within a 24x7 service (Monday to Sunday). **Requirements:** --------------- * Experience or knowledge in IT systems and services monitoring. * Ability to work in 24x7 environments and follow defined procedures. * Basic knowledge of mainframe and open systems environments. * Vocational Training in ASIR or equivalent. * Junior profile with 0–2 years of experience. * Availability to work on-site in Zaragoza and on rotating 24x7 shifts\. **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Basic knowledge of SQL Server. * Experience with monitoring tools. * Knowledge of JES, TSO and/or TSS. * Certifications related to mainframe and open systems environments. * Prior experience in operations centers or technical support.
