### **Summary** The Quality Assurance trainee will receive training in the QA department, as well as in other departments to capture the overview of the organization. The learning process won't be limited to individual departments but will extend to understand how these various department interact and function collaboratively. The Quality Assurance trainee will learn how a Quality team from a manufacturing site operates and will support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Documents, Batch Record , APQR review among other activities review a contributing actively to team activities and projects. ### **About the Role** * Internal/external Training in GMP , Good Aseptic practises and Data integrity . * Support the preparation, issuance, and archiving of controlled documents (SOPs, work instructions, forms).Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with data integrity principles (ALCOA). * Assist in review of batch manufacturing records issuance and review ( and supporting documents under supervision. * Events Management training including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls. * Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems in line with internal and regulatory requirements. * Support the Material/ supplier qualification process. **Why Novartis:** Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
