Job Summary: Temporary staff are sought for the pepper packaging campaign, performing selection, packaging, and handling of fresh produce in a dynamic and team-oriented production environment. Staff are sought for the pepper packaging campaign at a facility located in San Javier, Murcia. This position is temporary and focuses on commitment during that specific season. Main tasks include selecting fresh produce, packaging it according to established standards, and handling it on the production line. Staff also assist in order preparation and organization, as well as tasks typical of a horticultural warehouse. Work is dynamic and conducted in teams under supervision, following quality and hygiene protocols. Activities center on handling fresh peppers from arrival to dispatch, within a production environment adapted for perishable goods. Attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and willingness to perform physical work—including standing for extended periods—are required. The company provides necessary training on specific processes. Maintaining a work pace aligned with demand and ensuring cleanliness of the assigned area are essential to guarantee efficiency and quality across the entire packaging operation. At least one year of experience in handling or packaging products is desirable. Immediate availability for commencement is required. The ability to work under high-production rates is essential. Qualities such as commitment, responsibility, and agility in work are highly valued.
