We are looking for committed individuals with a quality orientation, strong teamwork skills, and enthusiasm for professional development within a dynamic industrial environment. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Perform assembly operations following work instructions, drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. * Safely and efficiently use assembly equipment and tools, adhering to established procedures. * Comply with quality standards and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Drive to Zero). * Work across different assembly areas and stations as required by production needs. * Develop and maintain solid knowledge of assembled products and their impact on the business. * Participate in continuous training activities and updates of procedures and processes. * Attend team meetings to share information and coordinate activities. * Resolve assembly issues with support from colleagues or supervisors when necessary. * Collaborate in training other employees on work instructions and standard processes. * Use and consult information in ERP systems. * Perform complex assembly tasks while meeting established quality, safety, and productivity standards. * Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to implementing corrective actions. * Actively support the plant’s continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Education and Experience** * Vocational Training or equivalent, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial assembly, manufacturing, or similar roles. * Experience in the industrial, mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical sector will be valued. ### **Knowledge and Competencies** * Organized individual with attention to detail. * Flexibility and positive attitude toward new challenges. * Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team. * Responsibility, commitment, and goal-oriented mindset. * Ability to interpret basic drawings, schematics, and technical instructions. * Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment. * Intermediate computer skills, including use of electronic work instructions. * Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining high quality standards. * Capability to execute more complex assembly operations. * Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Job Conditions** -------------------------- * On-site work in an industrial manufacturing environment. * Possibility of rotation among different production positions and departments. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * Participation in continuous improvement and operational excellence projects. **If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a team environment, and want to join a leader in energy solutions, we want to meet you!**
