Collaboration in improving internal quality standards In Torrevieja, we seek a proactive individual to manage customer relationships and offer solutions tailored to their needs. The role involves assisting both walk-in customers and making outbound calls to retain or re-engage former users. You will also carry out administrative support tasks for the team, manage incidents related to home or vehicle insurance, and collaborate on enhancing internal quality standards. A university degree is required, along with fluent English to serve our international clientele. Prior experience with insurance products and familiarity with sales tools will be considered an advantage. This is a full-time position with an employment contract. University education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent). Advanced level of English. Prior experience in customer service and/or target-based sales. Technical knowledge of property-related insurance products (auto, home, life insurance), underwriting regulations, familiarity with applications and Mapfre’s Commercial Network, and telephone usage techniques are desirable. Previous experience in insurance companies is highly valued.
