We are seeking an experienced, leadership-oriented, and highly organized Site Manager to join our team and participate in top-tier building projects. Your mission You will be responsible for transforming technical planning into on-site results. You will coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure that construction progresses according to schedule, quality standards, and established safety measures. Key responsibilities * Daily organization of on-site work. * Coordination of in-house staff and subcontracted companies. * Supervision of execution in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Monitoring of productivity, deadlines, and output. * Management of materials, machinery, and auxiliary equipment. * Quality control of completed work. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Resolution of technical and organizational issues. * Ongoing coordination with the Construction Manager. Profile we seek * Proven experience as a Site Manager on building projects. * In-depth knowledge of various construction trades. * Ability to lead teams and manage resources. * Skill in anticipating problems and proposing solutions. * Advanced ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention. * Valid driver's license.
