You will become part of a team responsible for coordinating player tee times and course access, supervising golf equipment and services, monitoring pace of play, and providing personalized assistance to players. Additionally, you will support the organization of tournaments and events, ensuring adherence to the club’s quality and service standards. **Job Description** * Coordinate player tee times and course access. * Prepare and manage necessary golf equipment and materials. * Monitor pace of play to ensure a smooth experience. * Attend to and assist members, guests, and visitors. * Provide information regarding club services, rules, and operating hours. * Support daily golf area operations and facility management. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure high-quality service delivery. * Participate in the organization and execution of tournaments and events. * Identify and report incidents related to equipment or facilities. * Uphold and promote the club’s service, safety, and quality standards. **Requirements** * Basic knowledge of golf and golf etiquette. * Experience in customer service or sports/tourism environments. * Intermediate level of English (other languages are an asset). * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Organizational ability and teamwork skills. * Flexible working hours and availability to work weekends and holidays. * Professional appearance and attitude. * Valid Class B driver’s license. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** * Job-related training. * Significant discounts on hotel services. * Discounts at Accor Group hotels and partner companies.
