Maintenance and Repair Technician for Hospitality Machinery At **Comercial Marques**, we are seeking to hire a **Maintenance and Repair Technician for Hospitality Machinery**, responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing professional equipment for clients in the hospitality and food service sectors. We are looking for a candidate with **technical knowledge in electricity** (knowledge of gas and industrial refrigeration is also valued), who demonstrates a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and the ability to resolve incidents in a dynamic environment. Main Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Repairing and maintaining professional hospitality machinery. * Diagnosing faults in electrical, gas, and industrial refrigeration equipment. * Repairing washing equipment: dishwashers, glasswashers, washing trains, etc. * Servicing ovens, cooktops, fryers, grills, griddles, and other cooking equipment. * Repairing and maintaining refrigerators, cold rooms, freezers, and preservation equipment. * Installing and commissioning new machinery. * Providing technical support at client sites. * Communicating with the office and workshop to track repairs, spare parts orders, and incidents. * Completing work reports and documentation related to performed interventions. Desirable Requirements * Prior experience in repairing or maintaining machinery. * Knowledge of electricity. * Ability to diagnose faults and propose solutions. * Responsible, organized, and solution-oriented individual. * Positive attitude toward teamwork and customer interaction. * Valid driver's license. Additional Assets * Knowledge of gas systems. * Knowledge of industrial refrigeration. * Prior experience repairing hospitality, food service, catering, or similar-sector machinery. * Familiarity with as many of the following technical areas as possible: washing, cooking, gas, electricity, industrial refrigeration, and preservation. * Certifications or training related to gas, industrial refrigeration, electricity, or maintenance. * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability. * Experience providing technical support to clients and working on-site (field service).
