Loyola University, the first private university in Andalusia promoted by the Society of Jesus, is seeking an **Administrative Profile for the International Office** at its Seville campus. Loyola University encourages applications from individuals who meet the following general professional profile: * Minimum qualification: Higher vocational training in Administration and Finance or equivalent. * Minimum English level – B2 * Experience in project justification will be valued. Personal Skills: * Teamwork ability. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, with capacity for management and planning. * Commitment and responsibility. * Positive attitude. * Strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: * Management of the MoveON mobility software. * Creation of cost centers. * Contracting external services (catering, cultural visits, buses, etc.) * Preparation of various outgoing student lists and publication on the website. * Nomination of outgoing students and follow-up. * Preparation of Excel files for assigning outgoing tutors. * Receiving nominations of incoming students and sending acceptance letters. * Student support. * Assistance in managing Erasmus documentation for staff and student mobility. * Management of partner universities.
