Therefore, we are seeking an Endpoint and XDR Security Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and rapidly growing cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate must possess a solid understanding of endpoint protection technologies (e.g., antivirus, antimalware, EPP), XDR, EDR, and SIEM, as well as hands-on experience administering and optimizing endpoint and XDR security solutions. This position represents an excellent opportunity for a cybersecurity professional passionate about protecting high-profile organizations. **Responsibilities:** * Provide support in optimizing next-generation endpoint and XDR protection solutions within complex environments. * Support integration of endpoint and XDR protection tools with other security tools to achieve a holistic view of the threat landscape. * Analyze security logs and events to promptly identify and respond to potential threats. * Develop and maintain automated incident response playbooks to ensure rapid and effective responses to security incidents. * Manage cybersecurity incidents from detection through resolution using endpoint and XDR protection tools and processes. * Collaborate with other security teams to improve the organization’s overall security posture. * Stay up to date on the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends. **Requirements** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cybersecurity, with emphasis on endpoint protection (antivirus, antimalware, EPP, etc.), XDR, EDR, and SIEM. * Experience administering and optimizing endpoint and XDR protection solutions. * Strong knowledge of log management, security event analysis, and threat-hunting techniques. * Experience managing cybersecurity incidents and developing response playbooks. * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Advanced English proficiency. **Desired Knowledge and Experience:** * Experience with Cortex XDR, CrowdStrike, Trend Micro, McAfee, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft security suite, among others. * Familiarity with other security technologies such as firewalls, IPS, and DLP. * Experience managing a Security Operations Center (SOC). * Information security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GSEC. **Additional Information** *We offer the opportunity to attend, together with the cybersecurity team, conferences, keynote speeches, and talks at information security congresses—including Navaja Negra, RootedCON, Hack-én, and CCN STIC workshops—since we sponsor many of these events.* *We provide a broad training catalog covering technical competencies and certifications aligned with project and client requirements.
