Planning and organization of site activities; Coordination with industrial partners, suppliers, and subcontractors; Liaison with technical directors, engineers, and clients; Quality, schedule, and cost control of the project; Supervision of proper execution of works in accordance with design documentation and regulatory requirements; Management of technical documentation, certifications, and site reports; Resolution of incidents and support in decision-making; Monitoring of both traditional and industrialized construction projects; Participation in the continuous improvement of construction processes and methodologies * Experience: 1 year. Full prior experience as Site Manager is not required. Candidates with 0–5 years’ experience in construction companies, engineering firms, or technical supervision offices are preferred.
