




Position Summary: We are seeking a Service Process Supervisor to ensure quality and effective communication of repairs, representing the dealership. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise service and repair processes with high quality standards. 2. Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively. 3. Workshop experience, diagnostic skills, and teamwork experience are valued. We are looking for a person to supervise service department processes. Key responsibilities include acting as the dealership representative, ensuring all service and repair procedures are carried out in compliance with the highest quality standards. Effectively communicating identified technical issues and their solutions is required. In addition, attendance at specific meetings—such as IVECO D100\—is required. Workshop procedures, diagnostic, and repair experience will be valued. We seek someone with strong teamwork skills, clear customer orientation, and solid analytical and incident resolution capabilities. A six-month initial temporary contract is offered, full-time, with remuneration according to the collective agreement.
