Job Description MISSION To assist in the operation of the Logrosán Biomass Plant as directed by the Shift Leader. FUNCTIONS*Operation and Monitoring of the Plant:* *a**ctive supervision and control of systems and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation**, assuming delegated responsibilities from the Shift Leader/s in their absence.**Maintenance of Records and Compliance with Procedures:* *m**anagement of operational documentation and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures**, including accurate information handover to consecutive shifts.**Management of Materials and Tools:* *e**fficient administration of physical resources and plant logistics**, handling equipment for unloading and storage of biomass and chemical products.**Safety and Emergency Management:* *c**oordinating safety measures and responding efficiently in emergency situations**, supervising that personnel involved in work activities are properly qualified.**Innovation and Continuous Improvement:* *s**upporting the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency**, collaborating in the research of innovative technologies and processes.* Candidate Requirements Education: *Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or electronic specialization.* Additional Training: Boiler operator license recommended.
