The position will be associated with large-scale, premium projects, including a *5-star Luxury Hotel of approximately 30\.000 m²*\* and the development of **72 luxury villas**, as well as future projects currently under acquisition. We seek a candidate with extensive experience in managing and executing large-volume construction projects, especially in **high-end hotels and residential developments**, capable of leading production teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. ### **Responsibilities** * Comprehensive direction and supervision of assigned building projects, ensuring correct execution in accordance with design, schedule, and quality standards. * Management and coordination of **subcontractors and production teams**, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and financial objectives. * Planning, organization, and monitoring of on-site work. * Cost control, performance tracking, and productivity management, with special attention to **margin and financial target compliance**. * Monitoring of measurements, certifications, budgets, and financial variances. * Coordination among all project stakeholders: technical management, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams. * Resolution of incidents and decision-making to ensure continuous progress. * Supervision of compliance with **occupational health and safety regulations**. * Management and tracking of technical and administrative project documentation. * Ability to **manage two projects simultaneously**, maintaining an overall view of scheduling, costs, and production. * Periodic reporting to Project Management on progress, costs, scheduling, incidents, and requirements. ### **Requirements** * University degree in **Technical Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Building Engineering**. * **Minimum 10 years of experience as a Site Manager**. * Demonstrable experience in the **execution and completion of large-volume hotel projects**. * Experience in **high-end residential projects**. * Experience managing **production teams** directly. * Proven experience in managing and negotiating with **subcontractors and suppliers**. * A firm, leadership-oriented profile with strong negotiation skills. * Strong organizational capacity to manage **two projects simultaneously**. * Clear results orientation and particular focus on **cost and margin control**. * Analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities. ### **Computer Skills** * **Presto / Arquímedes:** advanced level. * **Excel:** advanced level. * **AutoCAD.** * **Revit:** consultation level. * **Microsoft Project.** * **Office 365\.** * Proficiency in **document management platforms**. ### **Benefits** * Join a company handling **large-scale, high-execution-standard projects**. * Participation in exclusive developments within one of Spain’s most active high-end real estate areas. * Highly significant project: *5-star Luxury Hotel of 30\.000 m² and 72 luxury villas*\*, plus future developments. * Stable position offering **high responsibility and autonomy**. * Opportunity to contribute to new projects from their earliest stages. * Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and role responsibilities. ### **Location** **Benahavís (Marbella), Málaga.** Do you have over 10 years of experience as a Site Manager and have you participated in large-volume hotel or high-end residential projects? **We want to meet you!** Apply directly to this job offer or send your CV to **r.jaramillo@ilerwork.com**, and we’ll contact you!
