Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive software development team lead to collaborate on planning, lead a team, manage projects, and ensure the evolution of SaaS solutions, while actively participating in development. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and coordinate a small development team. 2. Actively collaborate on development tasks with the team. 3. Participate in requirements gathering and analysis with clients. ### **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with the Technology Management team on planning and prioritizing development tasks and new features. * Lead and coordinate a small development team, ensuring proper execution of assigned projects. * Plan, manage, and monitor team tasks, guaranteeing deadlines, quality, and alignment with product objectives. * Participate in meetings with business consultants and clients for requirements gathering and analysis. * Define and oversee the system architecture required for the evolution of the SaaS solution. * Actively collaborate on development tasks with the team. * Ensure adherence to good development practices, code maintainability, and continuous technical process improvement. * Foster a positive work environment and professional growth of the team. ### **Requirements** * University degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * Minimum 6 years of experience in software development. * Demonstrable experience in JAVA development (minimum 6 years). * Experience in Node.js and Angular development (2–3 years). * Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing small development teams. * Ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks. * Autonomy, responsibility, and proactive attitude. * Strong teamwork values and good communication skills. * Experience in SaaS environments and proprietary product projects is desirable.
