Currently, as a recruitment consultant, we are looking for our client a **Junior IT Support Technician** located in **Alguazas**. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Technical support (desktop computing and software) to various company departments. * User incident handling and resolution for internal users and stores. * Assistance in IT infrastructure management and maintenance. * Configuration and maintenance of equipment, systems, and applications. * Collaboration with the IT department on continuous system and process improvement. **REQUIREMENTS** * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Information Technology and Communications. * Knowledge of desktop computing and IT infrastructure management. * Problem-solving ability and adaptability to diverse work environments. * Prior experience (internships or up to 1 year) in a similar role is desirable. **Additional assets:** * Knowledge of .NET development (C\#) and SQL for integrations. * Basic web development knowledge. * Administration of Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Office 365\). * Knowledge of virtualization and backup solutions. * Networking and security: LAN, WAN, routers, VPN, antivirus, firewall. * Databases (MS SQL Server). * IP telephony and CCTV systems. **What does the company offer?** * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule from 8:00 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 18:30 **(one afternoon off per week)**. * Salary: 20K. * Opportunity for professional development in a technological environment. * Job stability and continuous learning.
