Madrid* Posted on 10/2/2026 **ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?** ------------------------ As a **Process Analyst**, you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business and IT processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and enabling digital transformation. Apply process mining techniques and process intelligence tools to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities in key processes. You will be part of the Process Office, integrated into the Transformation and Adoption area within the company’s IT department. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** ------------------------------- * Support functional diagnostics of processes and areas from organizational, process, and systems perspectives. * Document end\-to\-end processes using BPM tools, supporting the definition and maintenance of a corporate process framework. * Identify functional requirements jointly with business and IT areas. * Contribute to implementing and maintaining the Process Office’s framework for process definition, improvement, and governance. Provide cross\-functional support for other IT initiatives related to operating models and processes, as well as ongoing integration projects. * Collaborate with corporate areas in defining the process governance model. * Collaborate in defining KPIs and metrics to evaluate process performance. Monitor KPIs of deployed processes, as well as the impact of implemented actions and projects (change measurement). * Execute process intelligence projects and collaborate with other technical teams. * Deliver data\-driven insights, deviations, and pain points to end users, potentially leading to the identification of improvement opportunities. * Collaborate closely with automation teams (AI, agentic, low\-code, iBPM). * Serve as liaison between corporate areas, business, and IT during improvement implementation. * Drive initiatives fostering a continuous improvement culture. **WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** ------------------------- * **Education:** Higher education degrees related to business, finance, or human resources, such as Business Administration and Management, Finance, Labor Relations and Human Resources, etc. * Desirable specialized training in business transformation, data and AI, and continuous improvement—e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Transformation, or Lean Six Sigma. * **Experience:** Relevant experience in process improvement or digital transformation projects is desirable. * **Competencies:** + Analytical and structured thinking. + Ability to interact effectively with diverse profiles, active listening, and synthesis capability. + Proactive attitude toward change and continuous improvement. + Service orientation toward business areas, with empathy. + Interest in digital tools, automation, and emerging technologies. + Ability to translate technical and data insights into business proposals. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools (Visio, ARIS, Signavio, etc.). + Functional knowledge of data analysis and SQL. + Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, Signavio, UiPath Process Mining, Power Automate Process Intelligence, etc.) is desirable.
