At **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, we are seeking a **Construction Coordinator** for our **Management Center** in **Roquetas de Mar (Almería).** **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * You will organize and plan on-site work according to the defined schedule. * You will supervise technical execution, ensuring all work complies with the project specifications. * You will monitor deadlines, quality standards, and potential deviations, taking action when necessary. * You will coordinate teams to ensure efficient workflow. * You will collaborate on measurements, certifications, and financial tracking of the project. * You will interpret blueprints and provide technical support throughout execution. * You will promptly and technically resolve daily operational issues. * You will ensure compliance with regulations regarding safety, quality, and environmental standards. * You will manage materials, supplies, and on-site storage. * You will maintain constant communication with suppliers, contractors, and the Project Management Office. * You will handle documentation and daily reporting of the project. **What do we expect from you?** * Vocational training at intermediate or advanced level in Construction, Building Projects, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum **3 years’ experience** in construction, renovation, or maintenance projects. * Knowledge of planning, quality control, measurements, and budgeting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level) and AutoCAD. * Basic English skills (A2) are desirable. * Availability for nationwide travel, depending on project requirements. **What do we offer?** * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time working hours. * Opportunity to join an established hotel chain. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * **Exclusive benefits**, including discounts at our establishments, complimentary stays on your birthday, health insurance partnerships, banking agreements, and much more!
