




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, solution-oriented, and proactive individual with experience in supporting and facilitating the socio-labor integration of vulnerable groups—particularly persons with disabilities—to join our Special Employment Center. SELECTION TASKS: * Posting job vacancies on labor integration entities, employment offices, and various job platforms—including our own employment portal. * Promoting and maintaining contact with associations, foundations, and other labor integration agents across all provinces of the Community of Madrid; attending Employment Fairs. * Recruiting candidates with disabilities and those from groups at risk of social exclusion, referred by diverse public and private bodies, third-sector placement agencies, etc. * Maintaining candidate databases and job banks. * Screening resumes and conducting interviews, assessing candidates’ abilities and performing Job Position Analysis (DPT). * Presenting candidates to the Service Manager for selection interviews. * Managing workers’ personal documentation and preparing welcome packs to onboard workers in compliance with Special Employment Center (CEE) regulations. * Managing corporate onboarding procedures. SUPPORT AND ADJUSTMENT MEASURES TASKS: * Identifying support needs through Initial Assessment to enable workers with disabilities to perform their professional duties. * Designing and implementing support measures across all aspects of the worker’s experience—facilitating entry into and retention within employment—via the Socio-Labor Itinerary. * Establishing individualized support for each worker, including follow-ups and/or interventions through periodic workplace visits, documenting them in CRM 360, and traveling across provinces where supported workers provide services. * Developing workshops, programs, events, socio-cultural activities, etc. * Collaborating with supervisors, service managers, the UAP Coordinator, and Management to achieve shared objectives. What are the requirements for this position?: * Higher Vocational Training in Social Fields: Social Integration; and/or University Degree in Social Fields: Social Education, Social Work, Psychology, or other related social-field qualifications. * Valid driving license, category B1. Company vehicle provided. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, Word). * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles. * Committed, versatile, initiative-driven, conflict-resolution-capable, stress-tolerant, and goal-oriented. * Possession of a Disability Certificate (equal to or greater than 33%) is desirable. * Experience in the services/selection sector or in Special Employment Centers is desirable. * Availability to travel for visits to service locations where CEE workers provide services. * Experience with placement agencies or labor integration entities is desirable. * Ability to plan, manage time effectively, and handle situations calmly under pressure. * Commitment to confidentiality and discretion. * Dedication and accountability in task execution. What type of contract will you have?: Indefinite-term contract. What will your schedule be?: Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:30; Friday, 08:00–14:00. Intensive schedule during July and August. Some worker services require attendance outside these standard hours. To avoid conflicts with personal life, a visit calendar must be jointly established with the Zone Coordinator, aligning visits with the working hours of supported workers’ service locations. What will your working hours be?: Full-time. What will your salary be?: Between €18,000 and €20,000 annually, paid in 14 installments. When do you start?: As soon as possible.
