**Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 2 Technicians \- Hydrological Studies and Cartographic Delimitations in Sevilla. **Workplace** -------------------- * Sevilla Address: Avda. de Grecia, 52 (Sevilla) **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Drafting and sending official documents (notices, internal and external communications) related to the work. * Consulting and entering data into technical management applications (Agua0, Bandeja, Portafirmas, etc.). * Collaborating with mid-level and senior professionals in performing qualified technical tasks, under limited responsibility and supervision by qualified staff. * Supporting the technical risk analysis arising from watershed sealing effects and proposing mitigation or impact-reduction measures. * Supporting the risk analysis potentially arising from urban planning actions or instruments concerning the environmental objectives of surface water bodies, and proposing prevention and minimization measures. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The TRAGSA Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the information declared in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV, whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Spanish Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), Vocational Training Level I (FP I) or Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM), Vocational Training Level II (FP II) or Higher-Level Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or extensive professional experience (through employment or academic contracts) relevant to the position offered and/or the duties described, with a minimum duration of six months. ### **Prior Experience** * At least six months’ experience handling the water resource management and processing application (Agua0\) (This experience must be documented upon application submission via CV and employment record). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license (to be attached during registration). **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * From one day up to nine months’ experience using office software (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice Writer, LibreOffice Calc) (This experience must be documented upon application submission via CV and employment record). * From one day up to nine months’ experience supporting the processing and/or improvement of information on water use files and/or authorizations for activities in the Public Hydraulic Domain and/or related tasks in water resource management and planning. * From one day up to nine months’ experience using Andalusian Public Administration management applications such as Bandeja, Portafirmas, Crono, etc. (This experience must be documented upon application submission via CV and employment record). * From six months up to three years performing administrative duties (This experience must be documented upon application submission via CV and employment record). * From six months up to three years’ experience performing tasks for the Public Administration relating to administrative files in the field of water planning and management (This experience must be documented upon application submission via CV and employment record). ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Certified training in water legislation (Water Framework Directive, River Basin Districts, etc.) (Such training must be documented upon application submission). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 30 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working hours.
