Administrative Assistant - Teleassistance - Mérida

Currently, we need to incorporate a person as an **Administrative Assistant** in the offices located in **Mérida**, being responsible for report preparation, user enrollment and cancellation management, coordination with the purchasing department for purchase management, among other administrative tasks. **Main responsibilities:** * Report preparation * Purchase management. * User enrollment and cancellation management. * Performing administrative tasks related to the service. * **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract * Working hours: 40h/week. * Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM and from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM; Fridays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * Office located in Mérida. **The ideal candidate:** Must have **advanced Excel skills**, essential for activity reporting and efficient management of administrative data, including enrollments, cancellations, and purchases. The candidate must also demonstrate **proficiency in office software**, ensuring accurate and organized execution of assigned tasks. Additionally, it will be essential to demonstrate a highly **proactive attitude**, anticipating possible service needs and proposing improvements in administrative processes. Excellent **communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability** in real time will be fundamental. Teamwork ability and flexibility to adapt to service demands will be especially valued.
