Housekeeping Supervisor - Nursing Assistant

We are seeking personnel to fill two positions of Housekeeping Supervisor or Housekeeping Manager at a facility in Canet d'en Berenguer. Candidates must hold formal training as a Nursing Assistant and demonstrate leadership capability, acting autonomously, proactively, and responsibly to coordinate and supervise the facility’s general services. Selected candidates will be responsible for organizing their assigned staff and ensuring the proper functioning of services, in accordance with management directives. Key responsibilities include procurement and supplier relations, shift scheduling, materials and inventory control, and supervision of the dining service in coordination with the kitchen. They will also monitor daily operations, oversee food conditions in residents’ rooms alongside healthcare staff, and ensure sanitary standards in external services. Additionally, they will manage work uniforms, supervise staff task completion, hygiene, and uniform compliance, provide timely support to the team, and report incidents to management. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with a salary ranging from €1,240 to €1,450. This is an on-site position located in Canet d'en Berenguer. **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months
