Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** Acciona, within its construction business line, requires the incorporation of a Construction Site Manager for a major building project in Valencia. **Job Description** Mission: Coordinate and supervise the execution of operational tasks within their unit/department, in accordance with established procedures, in order to autonomously select and redefine specific operational methods for highly complex projects involving large budgets and substantial resources. They are responsible for executing construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise resource utilization to ensure construction works are completed on time, according to specifications, and within budget. Among their most common responsibilities are: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses; preparing budget estimates; planning and scheduling construction phases; supervising subcontractors’ and subordinate staff or laborers’ activities; verifying progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases; representing the company in relevant matters, etc. Job Description The responsibilities assigned to this position are as follows: * Overall supervision of fieldwork and coordination among various parties. * Experience in managing labor and equipment. * Experience in building construction and structural works. * Organization of spaces, maneuvering, storage, loading/unloading of required materials. * Control and monitoring of process execution. * Monitoring compliance with the schedule. * Interpretation of drawings and specifications. * Control and organization of work teams and assignment of tasks to workers. * Receipt, organization, and calculation of materials. * Control and organization of required means, machinery, and materials. * Supervision and verification of work processes and results. **Candidate Requirements** * Experience in building construction and structural works. * Basic Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) certification. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment so that everyone can participate on equal terms.
