WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Magic World seeks an Assistant Bar Manager for our establishments in Oropesa del Mar (Castellón). You will have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment and become part of a continuously expanding company. * Contract type: Fixed-term intermittent contract. * Working hours: Full-time. Responsibilities: * Adherence to standards and procedures established by the hotel chain. * Ensuring guest satisfaction in accordance with the chain’s quality and service standards. * Team management and service supervision. Requirements: * Education: Compulsory secondary education / High school diploma / Pre-university qualification. * Proven experience in this role, minimum 1–2 years. * Leadership skills for team management. * Foreign language skills: Intermediate English proficiency (valued). * Knowledge of HACCP regulations. * Training in allergen management. * Customer orientation. * Strong commercial aptitude.
