The position is located within the City area, which specializes in the maintenance of urban infrastructure, such as public road maintenance, facilities, and green spaces, as well as the installation and operation of building technology. We are seeking to hire an Electronic Security Systems and Network Technician to join our technical team, participating in the maintenance and support of security infrastructures for top-tier clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users, resolving incidents, and maintaining electronic security systems, ensuring service continuity and delivering close, professional customer support. What will you do on a daily basis? * Providing technical support and assistance to users via Helpdesk service, both remotely and on-site. * Managing, tracking, and resolving first- and second-level incidents. * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on video surveillance (CCTV) and access control (CCAA) systems. * Diagnosing and resolving hardware-, software-, and communication-related incidents. * Configuring and installing network equipment (switches, routers, fiber converters, access points, etc.). * Preparing technical reports and documenting performed activities. * Coordinating with manufacturers and technical service providers to resolve complex incidents. * Participating in the implementation, expansion, and improvement of electronic security installations. * Ensuring assigned systems operate correctly and meet established service level agreements. What are we looking for? * Higher Vocational Training qualification in Computer Systems Administration, Telecommunications, Electronics, or equivalent degrees. * Experience in maintenance or technical support of technological systems. * Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, switching configuration, and VLANs. * Strong customer orientation and service mindset. * Experience in Helpdesk support and technical assistance. * Experience in electronic security systems maintenance, network infrastructure, or technical support will be valued. * Valid driving license class B.
