Our primary operations are carried out within the Principality of Asturias, while we also serve long-standing clients in neighboring autonomous communities on an ad-hoc basis. We specialize in both new-build residential construction and rehabilitation of multi-family and single-family dwellings. We simultaneously manage multiple projects to ensure continuous and stable production. Due to our business growth, we are launching a recruitment process to integrate two professional profiles into our technical and operational team: a Site Manager. **Main Responsibilities** * Daily coordination of in-house work teams and subcontracted companies. * Interpretation of technical project documentation and blueprints, as well as execution of on-site layout and surveying. * Monitoring adherence to project deadlines and optimizing working time efficiency. * Procurement management, material storage, and on-site stock control. * Strict supervision of compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. * Performing timely masonry tasks as operational support to the team when site requirements demand it. Requirements * Proven experience in Site Manager roles for residential construction and rehabilitation projects. * Practical and solid knowledge of masonry to provide occasional operational support. * Mandatory Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) training: a 60-hour Safety and Health course, plus job-specific training regulated by the General Collective Agreement for the Construction Sector. * Demonstrated ability to manage human resources and subcontractors. * Valid Class B driving license. **Additional Valued Qualifications (Desirable)** * Specific training as a Preventive Resource. * Tower Crane Operator License. * Specific licenses for operating construction machinery (e.g., aerial work platforms, dumpers, forklifts, etc.). * Any other complementary qualifications or certified technical training relevant to the sector.
