At Bc3 Cocinas, we are looking to hire at our offices in Atarfe (Granada) an administrative assistant for the Financial Department with at least 3 years of experience performing the following duties: * Invoice entry and registration (purchase/sales) and verification (order–delivery note–invoice). * Bank reconciliations and cash control. * Management of collections/payments (SEPA, payment batches). * Support for monthly closing: accruals, amortizations, fixed assets. * Digital filing and document control; data updates in ERP. * Handling incidents with customers/suppliers (data, documents, duplicates). * Support in HR department tasks. Regarding education, we are seeking a Higher Technician in Administration and Finance, although a degree in Business Administration or similar, and/or a postgraduate degree in finance, will also be positively considered.
