As leaders in innovation and technological development, we seek experts to drive sustainable development and deliver solutions to the world’s greatest challenges, such as global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Job Description** ACCIONA, for its INDUSTRIAL business, requires hiring a Warehouse Operator for its Transmission Lines and Substations project located in Ica. **Mission:** Manage receiving, storage, control, and distribution operations of materials, equipment, and supplies for the assigned warehouse, ensuring physical and documentary traceability, timely supply to construction fronts, and logistical process efficiency, in permanent coordination with the project’s warehouse manager. **Candidate Requirements** **Responsibilities:** * ### **Plan, organize, and supervise the receipt of domestic materials.** * ### **Coordinate proper physical and documentary receipt of supplies, verifying quantities, condition, and technical compliance.** * ### **Administer and control the satellite warehouse at the construction site.** * ### **Ensure inventory control, material traceability, and proper management of critical stock items.** * ### **Coordinate distribution and dispatch of materials to various work fronts according to the project schedule.** * ### **Supervise the use and control of auxiliary equipment and machinery associated with warehouse operations.** * ### **Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in warehouse operations.** * ### **Manage incidents, non-conformities, and logistical deviations, coordinating corrective actions.** * ### **Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, consumption, incidents, and logistical KPIs for project management.** * ### **Transfer project assets to forward warehouses.** * ### **Support internal and external audits related to warehouses and logistics.** **Profile:** **Academic Background / Qualifications:** ------------------------------------- * ### **Technical education in logistics, administration, engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in construction-site warehouse management is highly valued; formal qualifications may be substituted by relevant experience in infrastructure projects.** * ### **Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehousing, preferably within transmission line and substation projects.** * ### **Valid AIB driver’s license.** **Additional Knowledge:** ---------------------------------- * ### **Management and control of construction-site warehouses.** * ### **Physical and documentary receipt of domestic and imported materials.** * ### **Internal construction-site logistics and coordination of dispatches to work fronts.** * ### **Use of warehouse auxiliary equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.).** * ### **Basic safety, quality, and environmental regulations applicable to warehouses.** * ### **Basic ability to read and interpret drawings and material lists (desirable)** **Willingness to Travel \- Yes** ------------------------------------ ACCIONA has received the Top Employer 2024 and 2025 certification.
