VIARIUM was founded in 2010 with the mission of being recognized for providing the highest quality and service to our clients, supported by a competent and professional team committed to continuous improvement and innovation. **Your Mission** Execute and provide technical assistance for the renovation project of Soria railway station. **What will your day-to-day work look like?** Your responsibilities will include: * Construction management and technical assistance on site. * Planning, executing, and commissioning the relevant construction works. * Supervision and control of construction works. * Preparing reports and certifications. * Monitoring the economic and time-related progress of construction works, as well as maintaining continuity in quality and environmental control throughout the works. * Overseeing the commissioning of relevant installations. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * Possibility to flexibilize your working hours. * A set of measures supporting work-life balance for all our employees. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, ITOP, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. * Experience in construction execution, site management, and technical assistance for building and infrastructure projects in railway environments. * Proficiency in PRESTO and AutoCAD (intermediate level). * Knowledge of BIM will be considered a plus. * Residence in Soria. * Valid driving license category B. * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
