We offer you a positive and collaborative work environment, where you can develop your skills and reach your full potential. ### **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise workshop activities and associated logistics operations, ensuring efficient management of equipment maintenance, repairs, transportation, and distribution, while delivering agile and high-quality service to internal and external customers. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. * Prepare repair budgets in collaboration with the technical team. * Manage incidents and maintain smooth communication with customers. * Supervise and update documentation for work orders, maintenance, and repairs. * Coordinate workshop resources (technicians, tools, equipment, and vehicles). * Manage and control fleet logistics and transportation. * Coordinate and monitor internal and external transportation services. * Plan routes and loads, optimizing resources, costs, and delivery times. * Supervise equipment and material deliveries, ensuring compliance with established deadlines. * Monitor and resolve incidents related to transportation and logistics. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations regarding transportation, safety, and occupational risk prevention. * Prepare monitoring reports and improvement proposals to optimize workshop operations and logistics processes. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient activity management.
