**Pre-approval for KRON\-program for tour leaders** ======================================================== To become a tour leader at Tid til ro, you must be certified as a 'Tour and Event Coordinator (KRON)'. This can be a big step for some people, partly because of the personal payment required, but also because it takes 12 days and takes place in Thailand. Therefore, we offer that you can receive pre-approval on the four objective criteria before deciding whether you want to proceed with the process regarding the KRON\-program for tour leaders and the actual job as a tour leader. Thus, this is not an application process for the job, but rather a pre-approval on certain objective criteria and an alignment of expectations as part of the overall clarification process. There are still some subjective criteria that apply, as in any other employment situation. This includes personal chemistry. These factors are not taken into account in this process. Therefore, there is no employment guarantee.
