Bell Resguard Residence offers a home for elderly people, providing a highly familiar environment right on the seafront. We are a suitable, adapted, and organized center to care for independent individuals, dependent persons, bedridden residents, and we also have a psychogeriatric unit. **Your responsibilities:** We are seeking a nurse for our residence. The responsibilities will be: ∙ In certain situations—and always when required by the company—this professional may perform coordination and supervision duties regarding the care outlined in the Care and User Support Plan, provided such duties fall within their functional scope. ∙ Monitor and attend to users’ general human and health-related needs, especially when they require such services. ∙ Prepare and administer medications according to medical prescriptions, specifically treatments. ∙ Take blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. ∙ Collaborate with medical staff by preparing materials and medications to be used. ∙ Organize clinical records and record data related to their own responsibilities. ∙ Attend to bedridden users due to illness, performing prescribed repositioning maneuvers, monitoring meal service for patients, and directly administering food to those patients requiring instrumentalized feeding (nasogastric tube, gastric tube, etc.). ∙ Care for and clean the adhesive and stoma of colostomized users. ∙ Monitor users’ personal hygiene, as well as medications and food kept in their rooms. ∙ Address the health-related needs of center staff falling within the nurse’s area of competence. ∙ Collaborate with physiotherapists in activities compatible with the nurse’s qualifications, whenever specific duties allow. ∙ Place pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology orders in centers lacking specialists. ∙ Monitor and ensure proper execution of physical interventions performed by medical staff, observing any incidents arising during such procedures. **We offer:** \- Contract type: Permanent \- Working hours: 40 hours/week \- Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., alternating long and short weeks. \- Salary according to collective agreement: Between €1,600 and €1,700 gross per month, paid in 14 installments. **Requirements:** \- Qualification: Nursing Diploma. \- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, although not strictly mandatory. \- Full availability to work weekends is essential.
