Responsibilities include typical duties for this position: preparing and cooking food, managing the kitchen, and maintaining order in the work area. Mandatory qualifications include compulsory food safety training and formal culinary and gastronomy training. Experience in cutting and cooking techniques, oven and griddle operation, knowledge of the HACCP system, development of recipe cost sheets for cost control, and ability to work under pressure will be highly valued. Proficiency in doneness control and sauce preparation is also required. This is a permanent, full-time contract with morning or afternoon shifts according to business needs. Immediate start is required, and salary complies with the applicable collective agreement.
