Today, we operate with headquarters in Málaga and two production centers — Puente Genil and Navarrés — supplying large-scale retail with end-to-end solutions, from raw materials to ready-to-enjoy products. **Job Description** -------------------------- We are seeking an HR Technician to join our company and provide support in labor and administrative management of our workforce. The selected candidate will be responsible for employment contracts, payroll processing, labor-related incidents, personnel documentation, and addressing labor-related inquiries. **Functions and Responsibilities** --------------------------------- You will be responsible for managing the following functions: * Labor administrative management: contracts, hires, terminations, modifications, and personnel documentation. * Payroll preparation and monitoring of labor-related incidents. * Management of vacations, leave requests, temporary disabilities, and other labor-related incidents. * Addressing labor-related inquiries and collaborating on process improvements within the department. **Requirements** -------------- **Mandatory:** * Education in HR, Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of professional experience. * Knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security regulations. * Proficiency in Excel and HR software. **Desirable:** * Familiarity with A3 ERP system * English language proficiency * Experience managing payroll administrative processes for workforces of approximately 400 people. **What We Offer** ---------------- * Stable employment contract * Full-time working hours * **Compensation**: fixed salary \+ variable salary *At Dulmatesa, we guarantee respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory selection processes — free from discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
