Key responsibilities include performing operational tasks on the production line, ensuring that operations are carried out efficiently and safely. The person in this role will be essential to maintaining workflow continuity by applying established procedures and contributing to the achievement of daily and monthly production targets. The work environment is dynamic and requires meticulous attention to quality and precision across all assigned tasks—from initial material handling through to final process stages. This includes maintaining an orderly workspace, conducting periodic cleaning according to protocols, and ensuring all tools and machinery are properly stored and in good working condition. A clean and organized environment not only promotes safety but also enhances operational efficiency and final product quality. The operator must proactively identify areas for improvement in workstation organization and collaborate with the team to implement practical solutions. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday including intensive shifts. Remuneration is determined in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the sector, guaranteeing corresponding salary and legal conditions. The position is based in an industrial environment that prioritizes safety and compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations. Immediate availability for commencement is required, along with a minimum of one year’s experience in similar positions or sectors—preferably involving industrial machinery and machining processes.
