**Tractor Operator for an Agricultural Farm in Fontanars dels Alforins (Valencia)** We are seeking a versatile individual with experience operating tractors and managing work teams to join an agricultural farm. Main duties include operating and performing basic maintenance on tractors and other field machinery, as well as organizing and supervising work crews during daily tasks. Collaboration in crop-related activities—such as pruning, sowing, fertilizing, and soil tillage—is also required. A permanent, direct employment contract with the company is offered, full-time. The standard working hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including one hour for lunch; however, the schedule may be adjusted according to seasonal daylight hours. Compensation will conform to industry standards and will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience and capabilities.
