Date Posted: 5 Mar 2026 Legal Entity: Yinson Boronia Serviços de Operação Ltda Job Function: Offshore Location: FPSO Anna Nery Employment Type: Permanent **Location**: FPSO Anna Nery **ERP Eligibility:** \[\[cust\_erp]] Yinson is a dynamic, equal opportunity employer with great organisational culture where people are valued and empowered to deliver **powerful** solutions. **Responsibilities** -------------------- Ensure flow computers are always updated regarding field components and fluid properties; ensure the integrity of the Metering System, including sealing and protection of each element; ensure calibration of flowmeters and transmitters of the Metering System is performed according to Local Regulations, Company and Client requirements; ensure Metering System documentation is up to date; support the Metering Engineer in any other tasks relevant to Metering System Management. **Duties** ----------- * Verify and update flow computers regarding field instrument parameters and fluid properties; * Regularly back up flow computer configurations; * Carry out or witness replacement of orifice plates, orifice plate supports, and integral orifices, and issue replacement reports; * Perform flowmeter testing on custody transfer, fiscal or allocation subsystems; * Conduct inspection and leak testing on custody transfer isolation valves and fiscal metering skids; * Conduct inspection and performance testing on automatic samplers for custody transfer and fiscal metering skids; * Witness calibration services carried out by third parties accredited by INMETRO, setting variables in accordance with RANP 18; * Communicate sampling requirements to operations and ensure delivery of pressurized bottles addressed to shore, meeting deadlines specified in ANP/INMETRO Joint Resolution:2013 and RANP 52; * Replace sealing and protection of Metering System elements as required and update the sealing plan; * Report measurement failures to the Metering Engineer to initiate a Failure Notification assessment according to ANP methodology, as required by ANP/INMETRO Joint Resolution:2013 and RANP 18; * Identify failures and troubleshoot Metering System elements; * Manage inventory control of spare parts and consumables in accordance with Company requirements; * Update documentation of Metering System elements in physical and virtual media; * Support the Metering Engineer in responding to internal and external audits of the Metering System. * Assist with process flow instrument calibration when directed by supervisor * Perform duties and tasks as specified in the Emergency Response Plan * Maintain equipment instrument “Ex” classification per design * Familiar with Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) * Follow PT system, prepare permits.
