Calls for proposals: analysis of requirements, preparation and review of budgets, verification of expenditure and personnel eligibility. Project implementation: budgetary monitoring, control of compliance with implementation requirements, review of assigned personnel, supervision of procurement processes, and identification of errors or ineligible expenditures. Justifications: review of expenditures for justification purposes, compliance with administrative regulations and the management system, coordination with occupational health and safety (OHS) systems, tracking of purchases and repairs, monitoring of center needs, and identification of new funding opportunities. Common tasks: participation in internal activities, detection of discrimination, integration of a gender perspective, and collaboration in cross-cutting actions (events, workshops, membership acquisition). **Profile:** **Education** Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in fields related to Economics. **Required Knowledge** Project management. Management of grants, contracts, and agreements. Functioning of regional and local administrations. General Subsidies Act and related regulations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Accounting knowledge. Knowledge of (or commitment to acquire) Roma community culture and social reality. **Experience** Minimum 3 years in a similar position. Experience using online platforms and networked work.
