Your primary role within the company will be to support and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager in planning and organizing all departmental activities and resources to ensure high-quality service and customer care, meeting guest expectations while guaranteeing food safety and hygiene throughout service operations and ensuring necessary supplies. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supervision of buffet offering, presentation, and content control for each service. * Support and supervision of food and raw material preparation comprising the offered menu. * Kitchen stock checks, forecasting of external purchases and internal orders, and submission of related requests to the warehouse. * Collaboration in conducting periodic departmental information and coordination meetings, and support in staff shift planning. * Support in planning specific objectives to achieve targets assigned by management.
